This individual will craft internal communication plans that help sales agents and leaders prepare for changes to products, processes, technologies, and business strategies, and adopt them. The Senior Communications Professional develops communications that support the broader change plans created by the Change Management team. You will create campaigns for different audiences, raising awareness of what is changing, how it impacts them, what to expect, and how to prepare. Under general direction, the Treasury Management (TM) Sales Analyst supports the Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) in growing TM revenue. This position is responsible for the creation, analysis and delivery of proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations. The TM Sales Analyst performs pre-call planning, preparation and participates in joint sales calls with TMOs and Commercial Bankers.
