The Department of the Corporation Counsel , Litigation Division, is hiring a Claims Management Specialist in Honolulu. This position investigates, evaluates, and manages property damage, personal injury, and liability claims involving the City, working closely with legal staff, claimants, and other agencies to support timely and fair claim resolutions. What You'll Do Investigate claims by gathering evidence, conducting site visits, and interviewing involved parties. Evaluate liability, damages, coverage, and applicable laws to adjust claims and make sound recommendations. Prepare clear reports and assist in negotiating fair settlements.
