Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION The Organizational Change Management (OCM) ERP, Sr. Manager supports the strategy, design, launch, governance, and execution of various ERP implementations across our Vertiv facilities (domestic and international). This role leads the support of prioritized large-scale IT and enterprise transformation programs, accountable for driving adoption, organizational readiness, and measurable value realization across complex, global initiatives aligned to Vertiv’s strategic growth objectives.
