Job Description In this role, you will provide foundational expertise in transport protocols (TCP, RDMA, and hybrids), leading efforts to design and optimize congestion controller algorithms that deliver high throughput, low latency, and fairness across OCI's hyperscale environment. Responsibilities Responsibilities: End-to-End Congestion Management: Develop, analyze, build and deploy transport protocol controllers (hybrid, both loss-based and delay-based) for managing congestion across a variety of workloads and network conditions.
