Job Description The Facility Security (FSO), under the direction of the Director of Corporate Security, manages the overall security program and related security operations and services provided at the refinery and other locations as needed. The duties of the Facility Security (FSO) include security service delivery, problem resolution, service enhancement, operational effectiveness, and the preparation and continual review and updates to the facility's Facility Security Plan (FSP). Responsibilities Ensure that the Facility Security Assessment (FSA) is conducted. Ensure the development and implementation of a Facility Security Plan (FSP). Ensure that an annual audit is completed and that the FSA and FSP are updated if necessary. Ensure the FSP is exercised per the U.S. Code: Title 33 - Navigation and Navigable Waters.
