Responsibilities You will serve as a Security Specialist (Port) and serves as a port security subject matter expert responsible for the implementation and enforcement of Executive Order 10173, as amended, the Ports and Waterways Safety Act of 1972, as amended, Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA) of 2002, Security and Accountability of Every Port (SAFE Port) Act of 2006, and other Coast Guard maritime security enabling authorities at the Sector level. .
