The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of T-Mobile Center guests, employees, vendors, and assets through continuous patrol, observation, and documentation. This role serves as a primary point of contact for security-related issues and supports incident prevention, response, and de-escalation efforts throughout the venue. Security Officers also provide customer service assistance and coordinate with local public safety agencies as needed to support the safety and security objectives of T-Mobile Center. Security Officers are expected to demonstrate exemplary conduct, appearance, and professionalism while on duty.
