Description 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday Position Overview This role involves physical and chemical testing, visual inspections, and overall quality monitoring of plant operations and finished products. Key Responsibilities Perform in-process analytical testing on products manufactured using continuous cooking equipment (e.g., % soluble solids, viscosity, color) as needed. Conduct organoleptic and visual inspections on products in wet-side areas (Oringer, C1-C5, ILF). Audit cook stations and packaging lines to ensure compliance with HACCP food safety protocols, weights, seals, temperatures, codes, and GMPs. Ensure food safety and quality standards for all products produced or packaged daily. Report and initiate corrective actions for any food safety or quality issues.
