Essential Responsibilities : Perform testing and analysis throughout the shift on all production lines to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards, under the supervision of the Quality & Food Safety Manager. Assist the Quality & Food Safety team in conducting monthly plant inspections, including GMP walkthroughs and specific Glass & Brittle Plastic audits to mitigate contamination risks. Utilize the company’s Redzone system to ensure that quality tasks are being completed on time and accurately. Assists with the non-conforming product program with a focus on internal defects, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting results to the Quality & Food Safety Manager. Ensure department tasks are done accurately and in a safe, timely fashion.
