Job Description: Quality Assurance Technician In this role, you will be programming and operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) using PCDMIS software. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for inspecting and working closely with the machine shop. You will have the opportunity to be involved in control plans, capability studies, and new product development, and will also handle tasks related to calibration and measuring with calipers. Responsibilities Utilize engineering drawings, specifications, Bill of Materials (BOMs), or other documents to develop, document, and execute inspection requirements of materials, parts, assemblies, or systems to support the Machine Shop. Create fixtures and CMM programs to support inspection requirements. Train production personnel to execute inspection requirements. Document and communicate inspection results.
