Cylinder Test Station Assistant/Tester This is an entry to intermediate level role that would also suit an enthusiastic school leaver with an interest in engineering or with good mechanical aptitude. The successful applicant will be given full onsite training and will eventually work towards gaining accreditation to become a qualified cylinder tester/filler. We are a well-established locally owned business that is growing, and this will be a stable role for the right applicant to join our busy test station. Knowledge of this industry is not essential as full and extensive training will be given, but strengths in the following would be desirable • The applicant should be able to handle physical and technical work daily. • Have mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with both power and hand tools. • Good attention to detail. • Be able to follow instructions and be able to work independently when fully trained. • The basic ability to calculate mathematical equations in your head....
