PAY - $19-$19.50/hour Description This position is responsible for maintaining the quality of food systems on the second shift. The Quality Assurance technicians primary responsibility is to prevent mistakes and defects in the manufacturing process to ensure a quality and safe product. Responsibilities Communicate effectively between production, quality control and management. Audit and verify batch sheets, HACCP records etc. Review documents, records and data for compliance to regulatory and customer standards. Follow up on all discrepancies in process, records, documents and data Assist in performing internal Audits Document control or quality records in production. Maintain calibration program for process monitoring equipment.
