Description Position Overview We are looking for a leader to oversee our Quality Department and drive all core Quality Assurance functions. This role is responsible for managing the internal Quality Management System (QMS), applying advanced quality methodologies, and guiding cross-functional problem-solving efforts. The position reports directly to the CEO and has a major influence on company-wide quality performance. Key Responsibilities Provide coaching, guidance, and daily oversight to Quality Assurance staff to ensure smooth operations, strong teamwork, and consistent communication. Champion quality initiatives across the organization, serving as a trainer, subject-matter expert, and project lead.
