The systems team is looking to utilize the right resource on change requests that range from problem tickets (quick fixes) to major enhancements. These positions will test applications that support Child Welfare, Child Care Assistance, Food Assistance, Family Investment Program, Medicaid, and Child Support. In addition to testing duties, the agency is looking for automated test data creation & maintenance experience, ability to create master data test plans, and light Business Analyst duties, which will mostly involve gathering requirements around production issues and light enhancements.
