Position Overview & Purpose: The Quality Assurance Technician ensures product compliance at the point of production, data analysis, and support for root cause investigations. This is achieved by auditing processes, hands-on, in assisting in diagnosing quality issues. This role is key in maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor. Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. Position Job Duties: Interact with operators and helpers to ensure standard work is done consistently. Provide technical support for all operations. Assist operators on diagnosing and rectifying any production issues. Serve as a subject matter expert for operators and helpers. Select and test products at various production stages.
