Job Description Insight Global is seeking a UX Content Designer sitting fully remote (EST preferred) for a leading insurance company. This 12-month contract role, with the opportunity to convert permanent. In this role, you will support large-scale digital modernization initiatives, specifically focused on transforming sales tools and digital experiences used by insurance agents and call-center representatives. This role partners closely with product designers, product owners, engineering teams, and additional UX contributors to craft clear, effective content that improves usability, supports complex workflows, and drives business outcomes. Experience writing micro-copy, designing user flows, and improving information architecture in complex, enterprise-level applications is essential.
