Job Description The MarTech CMS Project at this global hotel chain is an internal Marketing Technology initiative to rebuild and modernize the company's marketing content management system, which supports how global marketing and CRM teams create, manage, personalize, and distribute guest facing content across digital channels. At a high level, it is not just a website CMS-it is a customer facing content platform that sits at the center of Hyatt's marketing, personalization, and campaign ecosystem. A re platforming of the CMS backend onto AWS to improve reliability, flexibility, and integration with modern MarTech tools.
