Job Description As a Lead UX/UI Designer, you'll drive end-to-end design for our client consumer digital experiences across web and mobile, shaping solutions that support students throughout their education journey. You'll translate research insights, customer needs, and business goals into intuitive flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. You'll ensure design quality by documenting specifications, guiding developers through implementation, and advocating for usability and accessibility.
