Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Researcher. In this role, you will primarily perform qualitative usability research efforts for our colleague-facing software products. You will play a critical role in understanding the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our colleagues, translating research into actionable insights that drive the design and development of intuitive and impactful software solutions. This role will report to the UX Research Lead and the Sr Manager of UX Design and Research. Compensation: $50/hr to $60/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
