Position Duties: Lead a team of designers within the Employee Productivity area. Create a team vision and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Senior Leaders to produce tangible roadmap. Drive strategic UX department initiatives, define new UX processes, and mentor, inspire, and coach team members. Closely partner with end users and subject matter experts and take ownership of a domain to envision and craft conceptual frameworks, interaction design, and the overall user experience of new products and major enhancements. Utilize advanced analytical skills to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into innovative design solutions.
