Job Description We are seeking a data-driven Reporting & Dashboard Developer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support a Grievances & Appeals program focused on building a scalable, enterprise data repository across all lines of business. This role is responsible for extracting, transforming, and modeling data from GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow; developing automated data pipelines; and creating high-performing, interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. The developer will collaborate closely with business, operations, and compliance stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into actionable analytics, delivering insights on volumes, turnaround times, outcomes, and regulatory metrics.
