Summary The LTC Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse for the PACT/Sub-Specialty Clinics at the Adrian VA Clinic . This LPN is aligned under Chief of Staff Services and will be assigned to various Patient Aligned Care Teams(PACT) and/or Sub-Specialty Clinics located at the Adrian, Jackson, Toledo, and Findlay Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).
