Duties Description • Fleet management and maintenance- Coordination of daily responsibilities for fleet management including scheduling and fulfilling maintenance appointments; daily visual and basic mechanical inspections and maintenance of fleet vehicles based in Albany; act as backup for review of travel requests and arranging vehicle reservations for same; and coordinating weekly schedule of vehicle deployment.• Agency Landlord liaising- Act as the primary liaison between OMIG and the landlord in OMIG’s main office in Albany including receiving, reviewing, verifying, and communicating building-related issues to the landlord and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
