Duties Description NYSIF is seeking a Communications and Event Coordinator that will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that support NYSIF’s mission across multiple departments. This role will be part of the communications, marketing, and customer service team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized problem solver, who demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Work directly with NYSIF’s Executive Team, Communications and Marketing Department, and Client Relations Team to coordinate a variety of events including but not limited to external meetings and conferences with stakeholders and internal conferences for NYSIF staff.• Work with Department of Administration staff on purchasing, requisitioning, securing locations, and promotional items.• Serve as a main point of contact for all event...
