Job Description The Remote Chef manages assigned kitchen staff by ensuring a positive and safe working environment, as well as ensuring all assigned staff receive the appropriate training, guidance, and leadership in order to effectively perform their jobs and deliver quality services. All duties are to be performed in accordance with NMS' mission, vision, and values as well as departmental policies, practices, and procedures. This position will support food service management and production on the North Slope. The point of hire origin is Anchorage, AK.
