Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain positive, progressive, and productive attitude toward plant targets and objectives regarding reliability, accountability, safety, integrity, quality, and productivity as a unified goal. Utilize the NCR process and 8D approach to building quality into the processes including but not limited to: Internally Audit daily work activities within the organization to identify non-conformances in process that require sustained correction. Expeditiously Initiate, Manage-by-Priority, and Close out NCR's. Escalate repeated non-conformances or advanced level problems to QA Engineers. Measures cost of poor quality and number of customer complaints Manages external complaints and handles RGA's.
