A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Senior Accountant at MKS Instruments, Inc., you will partner with departments and global locations to complete month end close. Supporting various accounting functions related to but limited to, fixed assets, allocations, intercompany, and accruals. In this role, you will report to the Accounting Manager. You Will Make an Impact By:- Develops, implements and/or maintains one or a combination of general accounting systems- Prepares journal entries, maintains and reconciles ledger accounts- Provides record of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions- Record transactions in shared services and corporate including intercompany between subsidiaries and/or divisions, including journal entries, allocations, invoices, and netting settlement process- Prepare journal entries for expense accruals for business unit and corporate sites- Perform and complete SOX controls in the US legal entity- Complete various quarterly reporting packages &...
