As a Front Office Coordinator at our Ankeny Clinic, you will be responsible for assisting patients with the check in process for our Urgent Injury Clinic and general clinic appointments, as well as assist with scheduling follow up appointments and answering phones. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and maintaining efficient communication with patients and providers. To thrive in this role, you have prior experience in a medical front office position and a passion for patient well-being. This is a 20hr part-time opportunity working (Mon-Thurs 1pm-6pm) Providing and obtaining necessary paperwork from patients for their orthopaedic appointment.
