As an entry-level position, the Event/Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in event rentals, marketing and outreach strategies, memberships and annual fundraisers. This position will work closely and collaboratively with the Event Manager and the Community Engagement Manager to promote a unified image and public awareness of all the preserve’s offerings and our mission. The Event/Marketing Coordinator will report to the Community Engagement Manager. The responsibilities of the Event/Marketing Coordinator include the following: Create rental lease agreements and accompanying documents, input client information, send invoices, and receive payments; monitor a timely return of signed rental agreements and payment.
