The Role We're looking for a dependable, guest-focused Weekend Assistant Manager to lead our Friday, Saturday, and Sunday brunch service. You'll be the management presence on the floor. Overseeing the host stand, placing inventory orders, supporting your team, and making sure every guest leaves happy. You'll report directly to the General Manager and act as their right hand on weekends. What You'll Do Run the host stand, welcome guests, manage wait times, and oversee seating flow Lead and support the front-of-house team throughout each shift Conduct inventory counts and place vendor orders Handle opening and/or closing manager duties including cash handling and shift reports Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Assist the GM with any operational needs, coaching, or priorities as assigned Provide the GM with clear shift recaps after each service What We're Looking For 1–2 years of restaurant, café, or hospitality supervisory experience...
