JOB REQUIREMENTS: Follow all SOPs and SSOPs to keep consistent product quality. Fill out all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Leads and directs the team on the task to be met each day. Coach new employees on important aspects of the business (quality, safety, sanitation, productivity) in conjunction with the Production trainer & Leadership Manager. Follow all FDA health and OSHA safety regulations. Understand, apply, and maintain the application of the HACCP/HARPC plan. Maintain good attendance and set example for the team to do the same. Setup the line and team for success each day and assist with production line as necessary. Hit and exceed daily targets. Maintain good communication with the team.
