Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center Department: Neurodiagnostics Position is located: Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center Work Type: PRN Hours Per Week: Variable Hours Work Schedule: Variable Summary : Performs the following tests independently: inpatient/outpatient EEG testing; two out of three inpatient/outpatient Evoked Potential testing; four of six intraoperative monitoring (IOM) procedures. Performs the following test(s) with direct supervision: scanning/review of Long Term Video EEG monitoring and Ambulatory EEG monitoring. Ability to learn to perform TCD testing under direct supervision of Level IV END tech or neurologist Responsibilities : Demonstrates initiative by seeking assignments when the assigned area is not busy. Performs other work of the department as needed. Demonstrates continuous cooperativeness with the supervisor's instructions and co-workers. Voluntarily assists co-workers.
