Duties Description Under the direction of the Plant Superintendent C, the Trades Generalist will perform the following, but not limited to, duties: 1) Carpentry: Patch, paint, repair all surfaces including doors, cabinets, walls, and façade. Conduct landscaping repair, removal, and maintenance duties. 2) Electrical: Replace/Repair electrical equipment such as outlets, switches, lighting, circuit protection and drive motors. Safely operate lift equipment to reach elevated areas requiring repair. Conduct periodic generator tests and inspections. 3) Plumbing: Perform repairs to drain and vent systems. Conduct routine cleaning and clog removal service. Perform snaking services as needed. Contact and communicate with contractors with areas needing assistance.
