Overview The starting pay rate may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications. The Vermont Veterans' Home (VVH) is a skilled nursing facility seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses to join our team in providing care to our veterans and members with the dignity and respect that they so rightfully deserve. Our mission: "The Vermont Veterans' Home provides best of class healthcare services to Veterans, their spouses and gold star parents while honoring their choices and respecting their right of self-determination." Our Registered Nurses (RN) develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment for the highest level of function/quality of life. We provide person-centered care, and all residents/families are encouraged to be active participants.
