Posting Details The TANF Supervisor provides direct oversight and leadership to a team of Career Consultants and support staff delivering services under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program, specifically through the New Mexico Works (NMW) initiative. This position is responsible for supervising daily operations, guiding staff performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services that promote long-term economic self-sufficiency for low-income families.
