PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Interact with guests over the phone, electronically, and in person to ensure overall guest satisfaction. Must have a presence on the floor during all meal periods to control flow of the dining room and maintain relationships with repeat guests. Assist in suggestively selling food and beverage items during service as well as coordination of private event menus in the Rugby Grille. Provide content to assist in marketing different promotions and events. Implement effective control of food, beverage and labor costs.
