Description This position is responsible for the sustained development of new hair care and styling products or modifications of existing ones with minimal supervision. This role independently accomplishes technical results on projects of different degrees of complexity and ensures the timely completion of product development activities using technical knowledge to analyze and review results. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Develop commercially feasible hair care products (both new and reformulated). Provide constructive contributions to product formulation process. Design and conduct experiments requiring the selection of equipment and materials for the delivery of the project. Determine stability of the formulation and ensure commercial feasibility.
