POSITION SUMMARY The Financial Analysis Senior Analyst is responsible for managing all billing aspects for a complex or larger volume book of business including Under 500 Accounts. This role is accountable to collect all premium/fees and claims/claims funding billed on an invoice, resolve all billing inquiries, and partner with internal and external partners to create a positive client experience. Key responsibilities of this role include: owning the end-to-end billing relationship; identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance client satisfaction, reduce financial risk and successful implementation of new and renewing clients from a financial perspective.
