Department CAPITAL PLANNING (UA-UART-IUBLA) Department Information Capital Planning and Facilities (CPF) works to ensure that Indiana University (IU) campuses are beautiful, functional, and sustainable while supporting excellence in teaching, learning, research, and community engagement across the entire university. Capital Projects (formerly named the University Architect's Office) provides architectural, interior design, construction management, engineering, and quality assurance and safety services for capital projects on all IU campuses. Capital Projects staff oversees the creation or modification of any physical facility on any IU campus - whether it's a building, space within buildings, or campus grounds.
