Overview: Element has an opportunity for a Supervisor of Accounts Receivables/Collections to join our growing team. This position is responsible for overseeing the collections process, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding invoices, and managing a team of collections specialists. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of accounts receivable processes. This is a hybrid role: 3 days in our Blue Ash location & 2 days remote Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the collections team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
