POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Vice President of Student Affairs and Athletics, this position assists in the direction, planning and administration of the maintenance, upkeep and security of all facilities, grounds, utilities systems, and custodial services at Bluffton University. This position also assists the VP in overseeing the performance of a wide range of facilities maintenance services throughout the campus. In addition, this position is responsible for a wide range of administrative duties related to the function of the Buildings and Grounds department.
