BRS Maine, is seeking an organized and motivated Bookkeeper to be the secondary contact for our clients and to ensure smooth, day-to-day operation of our accounting department. The ideal candidate is someone with a keen knowledge of QuickBooks to support our back-office operation. Experience in professional services type of bookkeeping is preferred. Experience in QuickBooks , Microsoft Windows and Office environment is required. The position requires independently performing AR/AP, Reconciliation, Payroll, Reporting, Compliance, Financial Management and Client Records Management. This role is a part time role, 20 hours weekly, to start and more for a motivated team oriented learner of other roles at the office.
