Job Description: Berklee Summer Programs is seeking a temporary part-time staff member to provide administrative and communications support for its international student population. This is an exciting opportunity to become familiar with the initial I-20 issuance process and basics of international student advising. Berklee regularly enrolls 700+ international students in its Summer Programs each year, including 400+ that require F-1 student advising. Under the direct supervision of the Senior Summer Programs Enrollment Manager, the person in this position will provide high-level customer service via email and phone by advising in areas such as program selection, registration, and pre-program preparation, in addition to assisting and troubleshooting on-site at the department reception area, program check-ins, and other events as needed.
