We are currently hiring a Brewing Operator in Breinigsville, PA to work our Night Shift , 5:35 PM-5:50AM. This position is responsible for monitoring and carrying out brew house, fermentation, filtration, and blending processes. What You'll Brew: Execute brew, ferment, filtration, and blend operations in observation of all department/brewery procedures. Monitor, record, and troubleshoot supply line temperature, flow, and operation. Make equipment and product changeovers; using tools as needed. Complete accurate and timely entry of inventory records within the ERP system at the point of use, including all materials, ingredients, and in-process products. Troubleshoot and escalate any inventory discrepancies with the appropriate group. Unload material for Brewing and Blending processes. This requires the use of rail cars, trucks, totes, drums, pallets, etc. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and make recommendations to the process....

Minimum Education None required Minimum Experience No experience required; six (6) months of experience as a package handler or switching/CDL operator experience preferred. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a Department of Transportation (DOT) file. Ability to understand and follow instruction regarding work duties and safety methods. Ability to discern numbers and information in order to sort packages correctly. Ability to use basic tools and equipment such as skate wheel rollers, dock carts, hand-held scanners, chutes and unloading devices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
