The Department of Mental Health (DMH)’s Brockton Multi Service Center (BMSC) is seeking an experienced clinician (LICSW) to lead one of its state-operated Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) teams. The identified candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team inclusive of LPHAs, nurses, peer specialists, mental health workers, and other identified specialists in providing comprehensive, wrap-around services to individuals living in the community experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorder(s). The ACCS Team Leader will support staff with providing trauma-informed, person-centered assessments and treatment planning activities, ensuring that interventions utilize evidence based and/or best practices.
