Steps to Success (Steps) is hiring a Teacher for its Summer Connections youth internship program in Brookline, MA. We seek a strong, positive, energetic, and well-organized leader who will make an excellent role model for young people and create a hands-on, fun, and structured learning environment. The Summer Connections class, taking place in the afternoon at one of the Brookline High School locations, is a complement to separate internships or classes that participating students take part in during the morning. During the class, a maximum of 32 students separated into 3 classrooms will engage in a digital media service-learning curriculum developed by our partner organization Brookline Interactive Group. The Summer Connections Teacher is a part-time position (15 hours/week, including 7 hours per week of meeting and planning time).
