Community Works is hiring an exterior cleaning technician to join our crew for the 2026 season (April–October) across Chittenden County and the Route 89 corridor. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in visible results and wants to grow with a company that’s scaling fast. The Work: Power washing — decks, siding, driveways, patios, walkways Soft washing — vinyl siding, stucco, painted surfaces, delicate substrates Gutter cleaning — debris removal, downspout flushing, gutter brightening Window washing — interior and exterior glass, screens, tracks Roof washing — algae, moss, and black streak removal Screen cleaning and reinstallation Driveway and concrete surface cleaning Most jobs are 1–3 days.
