Reporting to the Manager, Architecture, Data and Conversion, the Data Architect is an integral team member responsible for providing data conversion expertise and technical leadership to the Human Capital Management System (HCMS). The Data Architect leads the analysis, documentation, prioritization, and alignment of requests and requirements, and provides expert consultation, vision and leadership in the analysis, feasibility, design, planning, implementation, and use of enterprise solutions.
