Description: PARTS SALES REPRESENATIVE- OUTSIDE Reports To: Parts Manager Summary The primary function of the Parts Sales Representative-Outside position is to maximize sales within assigned territory. To call upon existing and establish new customers. The position will increase market penetration by selling and developing market strategies to customers in the designated area and achieve unit goals and gross profit. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities for the position based on a daily, weekly or annual basis. Be a liaison between the dealership and the customers, call on garages, jobbers, fleet owners and leasing companies. Promote the sales of parts and accessories and be an advisor to wholesale and retail customers. Establish a method of payment on wholesale parts and obtain approval of credit.
