Distribution associates are required to learn and perform multiple functions within the warehouse. These functions include but are not limited to: picking and packing finished goods, loading outbound trailers, and other duties assigned by the Leadership team. All duties require 100% accuracy in performance. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner and powered industrial equipment while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and precision. Perform computer-based tasks to support order fulfillment and inventory movement. Work cooperatively in a team environment, including during high‑demand periods, and communicate clearly with leaders and peers. BWC’s core hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across BWC departments. Most positions perform work on-site at one of BWC’s seven offices across the state. BWC offers flex-time work schedules that allow an employee to start the day as early as 7:00am or as late as 8:30am. Flex-time schedules are based on operational need and require supervisor approval.
